The flat itself is a studio of 11m2 with a 2m2 balcony (with view on the Luxembourg) and a 4m2 mezzanine. A washing machine salon is available just around the corner. The flat comes fully furnished (including towels, bed sheets, cooking utensils).

Note: The posted prices does not include electricity. However, if preferred the contracts for these can be kept in the owner's name and the monthly price will be adjusted.
Assistance of contract (apartment contract, electricity contract name change, etc.) can be provided if needed.
