Large clear quiet room near Sorbonne and NotreDame

Hello ! Looking for roommate.
Large, light room (two windows) 150 yards from the Sorbonne (Paris 5).
The room is quiet, good for studying, has a double futon-bed, etc.
Living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared.

Candidate should be “social” person as the other roommate, an elderly man, i.e.organizing linguistic meetings in the Living room.

I'm looking for a roommate for a period of time (summer, semester, year, - summer months 540€)

PS : All the necessary conveniences available incl. Washing machine, Wifi, etc.
