- 1 bedroom, double living room (2nd bedroom possible)
- furniture provided: couch, table, desk, bed (Sofitel brand), closet, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster.
- kitchen ustensils provided (plates, cups, cooking...)
- available on Oct 20th, earlier is possible.

Location is great, close to many bars, restaurants, shops.
- 10' walk from Gare du Nord (where you take the train to airport)
- 1' walk from métro Poissonnière
- 15' walk from Opéra

rent is 1850€ if you want electricity, WIFI / TV contracts included.
if you prefer to have your own contract, it's 1700€ (water is included)

you will need to have an insurance contract.
