From the hall you can go to the living room where you will find a sofa-bed, a coffee table, two stools and two seats. The living room has a view to the Eiffel Tower and the Boulevard de Grenelle (double glazing). A restricted telephone line is at your disposal in the house, as well as a flat screen set.

The US kitchen is fitted with many storage spaces with all the necessary kitchenware, 4 burners , a combined oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and e toaster. Of course all the dishes and utensils are provided.

Separated toilets are at your disposal downstairs as well as the washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
