Newly renovated studio next to the Marais

The 16m2 studio was renovated in January and well located right next to the Marais. It is on the 3rd floor (the elevator is currently under repair😞) and equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), a washing machine, a stove, a small fridge, etc. Price will be lower from a week’s stay. Le 16m2 studio a été rénové en janvier et est bien situé à côté du Marais. Il est au 3e étage (l’ascenseur est actuellement en panne😞) et est équipé avec un lit double (140x200cm), une machine à laver, un plaque électrique, un petit frigo,etc. Le loyer sera négociable pour un séjour plus d’une semaine.
