Job profile
Japanese global fashion company is looking for a sales & customer service assistant who can develop their business and support their customers throughout Europe.

Sales and Customers services
• Selling products to customer by email inquiry, phone inquiry and walk-in customers.
• Selling products to established wholesale accounts across Europe via phone sales and occasional in-person contact
• Management of exchanges and returns of goods
• Attending sales meetings / Business fair (twice - three times a year) when requested by management
• Assisting in the processing of incoming and outgoing product shipments
• Keeping up on the latest trends in customer collection

This involves providing a service that will create a positive experience for the customer and generate loyalty with a happy working environment.
• Consistently show a genuine desire to help customers
• Provides extra information and will go the extra mile to satisfy the cus-tomer
• When a product is not available, always offers alternatives
• Deals with complains in a professional manner by passing them onto their manager
Product knowledge
This involves a knowledge of the product reflecting on the quality of the service provided.
• Excellent knowledge of the trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles etc.) –training will be provided for the basic knowledge + continuous learning.
• Maximizes the potential of the product to create sales

Requirements
• Great Customer service skills
• Fluent English (Company internal communication between branches and with hierarchy is handled in English)
• Computer proficient - Suite Office - (Business central - optional)
• Team oriented
• Willing to learn
• Professional mind set

Hours:
• Full-time employees: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch

Visa
Candidates must be eligible to work in France without any restrictions as no visa support will be given.
