IIJ Europeでは、オランダ・アムステルダムを拠点に、日系およびグローバル企業のIT環境を支えるSenior Support Engineer を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、エンドユーザサポートを中心に、高度なトラブルシューティング、エスカレーション対応、顧客との調整など、サポート業務の中核を担うシニアエンジニア として活躍していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
• ITサポート（リモート／オンサイト）
• Windows / Microsoft 365 環境の運用・障害対応
• PC・サーバ・ネットワーク関連のトラブルシューティング
• チケット管理、優先度判断、エスカレーション対応
• 顧客IT環境の運用保守、ドキュメント管理
• ベンダー・外部パートナーとの調整
• ジュニアエンジニアへの技術支援・フォロー
【応募要件】（必須）
• ITサポートまたはITインフラ分野での実務経験5年以上
• Windows 11、Windows Server の運用経験
• Microsoft 365 の実務知識
• ネットワーク機器（Router / Firewall / Switch）の基礎知識
• 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力
【歓迎要件】
• 日系企業または多国籍企業向けITサポート経験
• VMware / Hyper-V など仮想化環境の基礎知識
• IT関連資格（Microsoft、Cisco 等）
• 日本語またはオランダ語での業務コミュニケーション能力
（本ポジションは顧客・社内・ベンダーとの調整が多く、英語に加えて日本語もしくはオランダ語ができる方は大きな強みとなります）

≪Senior Support Engineer (Amsterdam)≫
IIJ Europe is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Amsterdam office, supporting Japanese and global corporate clients.
This is a senior-level support role focusing on end-user support, escalations, and close coordination with customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality and stable IT operations.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Provide IT support (remote and on-site)
• Support and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Handle PC, server, and network-related issues
• Manage tickets, priorities, and escalations
• Maintain customer systems, documentation, and asset information
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers
• Support and mentor junior engineers
【Required Skills & Experience】
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, routers, switches)
• Business-level English communication skills
【Preferred】
• Experience supporting Japanese or multinational corporate IT environments
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• IT-related certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese or Dutch
• This role requires strong communication skills. In addition to English, candidates who can communicate in either Japanese or Dutch will have a significant advantage due to frequent coordination with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
【Location & Employment Terms】
• Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (except of national holiday in Netherlands)
• Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
