Select and prepare fillings (fish, vegetables, sauces) according to quality standards
Ensure optimal freshness and storage of products throughout the day
Strictly follow HACCP food safety standards, particularly regarding cold chain and rice handling
Help manage stock levels of raw materials specific to the production area
Train and support other team members on production techniques as needed
